Genesys G-Force APAC was held 14-16 August 2007 at Crown Casino, Melbourne, Australia where hundreds of experts and innovators came together to explore the latest in contact centre technology.
Asia Pacific’s premier contact centre and customer service event, attendees were treated to the latest in headset design and acoustic safety from the Silvertongue range.

In its 7th year, Genesys G-Force APAC was held 15-17 August 2006 at Crown Casino, Melbourne, Australia where hundreds of experts and innovators came together to explore the latest in contact centre technology.
Touted as Asia Pacific’s premier contact centre and customer service event, attendees were treated to the latest in headset design and acoustic safety from the Silvertongue range.

CeBIT Australia 2006
Hosted at Darling Harbour Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia 9-11 May, CeBIT Australia 2006 saw the launch of the new stylish Silvertongue range of Australian designed headsets.
With an introduction from Managing Director Mr. Wayne Guest, the range's debut was celebrated by customers, prospective distributors and industry and government representatives. Covered closely by several media groups, the Silvertongue range proved to be the stand out product on the manufacturers stand, courting attention throughout the 3 day event.

CeBIT Hannover 2006
Germany: CeBIT Hannover 2006 set the stage for the newest global technology trends, including the latest in headset design and safety through Silvertongue and Soundshield 3G. CeBIT offers an international platform for comparing notes on current industry trends, networking, and product presentations.
Silvertongue and Soundshield 3G were part of the Australian Pavilion showcasing Australian innovation and excellence at the event.
Held over 7 days between 9-15 March 2006, CeBIT Hannover is the largest ICT event in the world! Celebrating its 20th year CeBIT Hannover 2006, boasted attendance of 450,000, and 6,262 exhibitors, including Silvertongue.

The Genesys user group conference held 16-18 August 2005 at Crown Casino, Melbourne, Australia was a great success with a 12% increase on 2004 attendee figures.
Asia Pacific’s premier contact centre and customer service event, the 3 day ICT program was packed with invaluable business content, practical advice, and industry knowledge, providing insightful information on how to stay ahead in the contact centre market .
As a Genesys partner, Polaris Communications, manufacturer of Silvertongue and Soundshield, were able to network with attendees and showcase the latest in contact centre solutions in a user-friendly Interaction Pavilion.
CeBIT Australia 2005
CeBIT Australia 2005, Australia's leading ICT event, held 24-26 May 2005 attracted 600 exhibitors and 25,000 national and international visitors.
Participation at CeBIT Australia 2005 enabled Silvertongue to showcase the latest in headset technology and acoustic safety solutions to a business audience and build relationships with industry influencers and peers.
The contemporary style Polaris stand located in Hall 1, was in a prime location, experiencing high traffic levels, keeping all staff extremely busy with enquiries.
